In my opinion, the best book so far on High Powered Rocketry is by Mark Canepa - I am now on my second copy.  The first one I had was read and used so often that it split up into 5 pieces.

Another book for you to consider is a Classic and is the official handbook of the NAR (see below).  A good reference book to have but if you simply download the FREE publications above - you’ll find them easier to read.
